This is critical downtime for the overtaxed bodymind. use this course to practice the art of 'taking it down a notch,' while still gaining the benefits of yoga. Enjoy slow, stretchy sequences, refreshing inversions and restorative poses.
The Natural High
Experience your body's inherent state of bliss. Through calming poses, self-massage, breathing exercises, chanting, and meditation, learn to use the body as a portal to expansive states of consciousness.
Heart Hatha
A traditional flow class with a third eye twist. Emphasis is on body alignment, heat building, strength and flexibility. Uniquely designed sequences combined with pranayama (breathing techniques) will help cultivate vibrant healthy bodies, open hearts and peaceful minds.
