During this popular 5 session special, you will learn all of the nuts and bolts for a safe and fun yoga practice. The information we will cover is practical, comprehensive and straightforward.
This experience is much more than developing a yoga practice. We guide you to cultivate an awareness of the general principles and tools for smart movement, and to understand the mechanics and essence of somatics that are essential to everyday life activities. ThirdEye designs the curriculum based on your goals, genetics, health and fitness condition in order to develop the optimal yoga practice personally customized for each person to establish a solid baseline of how to understand, apply and accept your body and yourself overall. We develop constructive applications of stretching and strengthening for fitness, maintenance or therapeutic applications and you are guided to recognize what tools are accessible to you to improve performance, health, mood, attitude and focus. Our goal is to demystify your inhibitions and break down yoga to the basics: alignment, poses, posture, breathing, transitions, energy currents, language and guidance you can use to make any class your own. We encourage questions, provide demos and offer attentive adjustments.
